  NKR defense army refutes another Azeri misinformation November 3, 2011 - 11:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of Nargorno Karabakh Republic defense army press service refuted Azeri media reports suggesting an Azeri lieutenant died over ceasefire violation on Artsakh side. As Senor Hasratyan stressed in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, NKR defense army observes ceasefire agreement, while on Azeri side, not a day passes without a violation. On November 3, Azeri media reported the death of lieutenant Aliyev Emin Elmar Oglu, born 1986, over NKR’s ceasefire violation; the incident is noted to have occurred near the village of Kuropatkino, Khojavend region.
