Azerbaijan retains tension at contact lineNovember 7, 2011 - 10:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Over 1350 instances of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani armed forces were reported in October at the line of contact with Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, with 200 violations reported on the border with Armenia, and 1150 on the border with Nagorno Karabakh. Azerbaijan fired about 250 shots using machineguns and sniper rifles. Despite Azeri violations, Armenia adheres to ceasefire, resorting to retaliatory actions in case of utter necessity, NKR defence army press service said.
