Azgaldyan’s relatives note that most of all he respected soldier volunteers and always strived to boost their morale. According to Azgaldyan’s friends, such commanders are born once in a lifetime. He laid the foundation for Armenian armed forces, they say. However, no book is dedicated to the hero of Karabakh liberation war, no street and no school has his name.
