  SUSPECT IN IMPLICATION IN ISTANBUL ACTS OF TERRORISM DETAINED IN AZERBAIJANDecember 26, 2003 - 19:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri frontier guards have detained a suspect in implication in latest acts of terrorism in Istanbul. As chief of the state frontier service Elchin Kuliyev told journalists, the arrest took place at the Azeri-Iranian border.
