ROBERT KOCHARIAN PARTICIPATED IN OPENING CEREMONY OF INFORMATION SOCIETY FORUM IN GENEVA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian took part in the opening ceremony of the World Summit on Information Society in Geneva. As reported by Mediamax agency, earlier the leaders of the participant-states had conducted a short meeting, at which UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and General Director of the International Telecommunication Union Yoshio Utsumi were present. To remind, Armenian President Robert Kocharian is to address the summit December 11. Today he attended "Information and Communication Technologies: for Development" exhibition, where an Armenian pavilion presenting the country's industrial potential of the information technologies is as well functioning.
