Contact line should not become final obstacle between people

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today, December 21, Yerevan hosted farewell press conference of French co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier.

At the conference Mr. Fassier shared his impressions during his seven-year activity in the capacity of a co-chair.

French co-chair noted that he managed to work with three American and two Russian co-chairs for the reported period.

“We were trying to help governments of the conflict sides to find a peaceful solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict for this period,” Fassier said.

Bernard Fassier further noted that the co-chairs five times crossed the contact line over last five years “to prove it should not become a final obstacle between people.”
