Expert: Karabakh conflict sparked by U.S.

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Azeri publicist accused the U.S. for using manageable chaos theory in provoking the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and Sumgait pogroms to trigger the collapse of the Soviet Union.

According to SalamNews, Hamid Herischi believes the manageable chaos theory to be the cornerstone of current U.S. foreign policy line.
