ARTUR RASIZADE RETURNS TO AZERI PRIME MINISTERIAL OFFICE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The parliament of Azerbaijan yesterday seconded the proposal by president Ilham Aliyev to appoint Artur Rasizade prime minister. It should be reminded that Rasizade held the office since 1996 to August 2003, when ex-president Heydar Aliyev proposed Aliyev Jr. for the post - as the successor. Rasizade was appointed deputy prime minister at the time.
