The further we consolidate the system in our country, the bigger will be the threat to Karabakh resolution in favor of Azerbaijan,” head of the Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation Stepan Grigoryan said. In this context, the expert called on the authorities to accept the changes in Electoral Code and shift to proportional system. “Majority system cannot secure democracy in developing countries,” Mr. Grigoryan said.
