Speaking of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, he noted with regret, "this year - the year of presidential election in Armenia and Azerbaijan - the Karabakh settlement has "buzzed" in the expectation regime." Against that background, in his words, incidents in the confrontation zone have become more frequent.
