Mercedes to present F1 W03 challenger on Feb 21February 14, 2012 - 18:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Mercedes will present their 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship challenger, the F1 W03, to the media in the pit lane at Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya on February 21, ahead of next week’s second multi-team test. The F1 W03, penned under the leadership of Mercedes team principal Ross Brawn, will be raced by the unchanged driver line-up of Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg. The team hope they can improve on their fourth-place finish in the 2011 constructors’ championship this season. Schumacher will be the first behind the wheel on the test’s opening day, before he hands the car over to Rosberg on February 22. The seven-time world champion will then climb back into the F1 W03 on the third day, whilst the younger German will bring the program to a close on the final day, Formula 1 reported.
