As reported by Rosbalt agency, Georgian foreign minister Tedo Japaridze has thereupon arrived in Moscow to discuss the issue with the leadership of the foreign department and military experts of Russia. It should be reminded that the Georgian-Russian negotiations on the terms of withdrawal of the bases have already continued for several years with some interruptions.
