Ukraine to introduce open skies regime during EURO-2012

PanARMENIAN.Net - On Monday, Feb 27 the Minister for Infrastructure of Ukraine, Boris Kolesnikov, announced that Ukraine will open up its skies during the European Football Championship in 2012.

Euro 2012 will take place in Ukraine and Poland from June 8-July 1 and from May 15-July 15.

“Ukrainian skies will be open to every airline in the world that has a valid license,” Kolesnikov said.

According to the minister the Ukrainian leadership is completing negotiations with several budget airlines to provide cheap flights to and from Ukraine during the championships, The Voice of Russia reported.
