BAKU WEAKENS POSITIONS IN KARABAKH CONFLICT, FORMER AZERI KGB CHIEF SUPPOSES

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku gradually weakens positions in the conflict over Nagorno Karabakh. Former chief of the State Security Committee (KGB) of Azerbaijan Vagif Huseynov told "Turan" agency. In his words, as reported by "Arminfo" agency, in spite of the support of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan by the OSCE Minsk group mediators, the prospects of the conflict settlement are not seen yet.
