REFERENDUM ON CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES TO BE HELD IN ARMENIA MAY 25

PanARMENIAN.Net - A referendum on the bill of changes in the Armenian Constitution will be held May 25 this year. Armenian president Robert Kocharian signed a corresponding decree today. Let us note that just May 25 parliamentary election will be held in Armenia.
