MEMORANDUM ON BRITISH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ARMENIA SIGNED IN YEREVAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - The reforms carried out and noticeable economic progress in Armenia impress, UK Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for International Development Gareth Thomas stated in Yerevan today at the meeting with minister and head of the RA government administration Manuk Topuzian. In his words, the representatives of the international donor organizations, who met with him in Yerevan, confirmed it. Due to outcomes of the meeting Manuk Topuzian and Gareth Thomas signed a memorandum on Understanding between the UK and Armenia on British technical assistance for the further reformation and stimulation of the public and social spheres, health protection, science and education, civil service and programs of regional development.
