  Armenian, Russian Foreign Ministries hold interdepartmental consultations March 13, 2012 - 19:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 13, Yerevan hosted interdepartmental consultations between Armenian and Russian Foreign Ministries. Armenian FM Advisor Armen Ghevondyan and head of RA Foreign Ministry Neighboring Countries Department Karen Mirzoyan represented the Armenian side, with Director of the Fourth Department for CIS Countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexey Pavlovsky representing the Russian side. Discussion of bilateral relations and regional issues was in focus of the meeting.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
