  ICG official skeptical over Putin’s activity in Karabakh settlement March 14, 2012 - 14:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Europe Program Director of International Crisis Group (ICG) says President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev played an active role in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
