Only one member voiced her discontent,” Stepan Safaryan said. Dwelling on the Karine Hakobyan’s leaving the party, Mr. Safaryan said, “We all love her and I am personally grateful to her for the joint activity.” “We are confident of our victory. Anahit Bashkhyan, Armen Martirosyan and I will run by majority system and we are confident of our inclusion in the future parliament,” he said, answering the question as to why leading members of the party namely Anahit Bashkhyan, Larisa Alaverdyan and Armen Martirosyan are placed last in the party’s candidates list. Dwelling on Tevan Poghosyan's stance favoring Armenian -Turkish protocols, Mr. Safaryan said, “Tevan Poghosyan probably voiced his expert opinion. He will henceforth coordinate his positions with the political team he is currently in.” He said that many people who once stood for the protocols are against it now, including Heritage members and partners.
