ARMENIAN PRESIDENT CALLED GORAN LENNMARKER REPORT BALANCED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian rated OSCE PA Special Representative Goran Lennmarker's report as balanced. To note, when commenting on the report National Assembly Vice-speaker Vahan Hovhannisian mentioned that the report dismissed the Azerbaijani position, according to which that lands should be returned first and only then, cooperation is possible

"For the first time, Lennmarker presented not only the stances of Armenia and Azerbaijan but also that of Nagorno Karbakh, thus restoring the status of Karabakh as a third party to the conflict", Hovhannisian said, adding that the report called upon Azerbaijan to engage in talks with Karabakh.
