Implementation of EU Action Plan Priority Task to Armenia Today

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Today Armenia should set a specific task for itself for us to be able to use opportunities provided by the EU in the terms of economic benefits," Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian stated in an interview with the Hayastani Hanrapetutyun (Republic of Armenia). "Only when we ourselves feel that we are at a qualitatively new level, we will decide our next step in relations with the EU," the Armenian FM said. He added it should be a bilateral decision. "Our priority task is to implement the EU-Armenia 5-year Action Plan that will be signed in a month. If we are able to implement serious reforms, we will be a qualitatively new state both on democracy level and economic development," he said.
