November 18 the Minister will depart for Los Angeles to take part on the telethon in assistance to Nagorno Karabakh organized by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. November 29-30 Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to visit Madrid for participation in a meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministers.
