"With France, Russia and U.S. opposition, passage of such a resolution was unforgivable for the Armenian diplomacy," political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan told a news conference today. Armenia should recall its representative from the UN, according to him. "No one will do our work instead of us. Working hard, we can resist Azerbaijan's anti-Armenian propaganda," Melik-Shahnazaryan said.
