Edward Nalbandian still receiving congratulations

PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Secretary General Mark Perrin de Brichambaut congratulated Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on assuming the office.



"I wish you every success at the post. Your activity in France strengthened the Armenian-French ties and I am hopeful you will endeavor for development of relations between your republic and the OSCE," the message says.



Congratulatory addresses have been also received from NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, who emphasized that Armenia is an important partner for NATO, and Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis as well as Foreign Ministers of Egypt and Ukraine, the RA MFA press office reported.
