"Being a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, Turkey is entitled to offer suggestions," Ms. Marie Yovanovitch said, adding that her country wants peace and stability in the Caucasus. As to the meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, she said the U.S. did not initiate the event.
