Latvian President to visit Armenia in 2009

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with his Latvian counterpart Valdis Zatlers on the margins of the World Economic Forum in Davos.



The Presidents discussed bilateral relations, the ways to strengthen trade and economic ties and cooperation within the European Neighborhood Policy.



Mr. Zatlers said he looks forward to visiting Armenia this year, the RA leader's press office reported.



The Presidents of Armenia and Latvia first met during the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
