Victory of opposition in the Mayor election is guaranteed, according to him. "During the February 2008 presidential election, 160 000 out of 400 000 voters supported Levon Ter-Petrosyan. This means that the authorities stand no chance to win the election of Mayor of Yerevan, even if they resort to falsifications," Khachatryan said.
