Signature of documents not planned in St. Petersburg

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said serious discussion may be held in Saint Petersburg only if Armenia "takes a constructive stand."



"Theoretically, it's possible to achieve some results," he said.



At that, the Azeri Minister said any documents are unlikely to be signed and he doesn't anchor hopes with the forthcoming presidential meeting, Bakililar.AZ reported.
