ANC consists of many political parties, and during joint discussions, we arrive at common decisions," ANC representative Hovhannes Igityan told a press conference.Even after RA Parliament's declaring amnesty, there are still political detainees in prisons, Igityan said. "A dialogue, if ever held, should only be aimed at helping the country overcome the current situation," he stated.
