"Under the circumstances, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh's security as well as Heritage party's existence is jeopardized. Moreover, our opposition does not have a common stand on the process," he told a news conference today. "Taking into account all these facts, I have reconsidered my approach and decided that my principal participation would be more correct than my principal absence in the Armenian political life," he said.
