Parliament Committee delays discussions over bill on recognizing Nagorno KarabakhDecember 4, 2009 - 19:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly's Standing Committee on Foreign Relations discussed Friday the draft law "On Recognizing Nagorno Karabakh Republic". The bill was brought in Parliament by Heritage faction on October 15.Discussions revealed parliamentarians' negative attitude to draft law which is deemed as an impeding factor in conflict settlement process. Considering committee's opinion, leader of "Heritage" faction Stepan Safaryan proposed that discussion over the bill be delayed for 90 days. Proposal was approved by committee members.
