ARMENIAN BUDGET BILL FOR 2002 SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION BY PARLIAMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the state budget bill for the year 2002 will be submitted for consideration by the Armenian Parliament. The document passed for the legislators' judgement was approved at the special session of the Government held the day before yesterday. The budget revenue part is suggested to be 214 and expense part to be 258 billion drams. The budget deficit is planned to be 43 billion drams, which will make 3.6% from the grand domestic product. Inflation is expected not to exceed 3%. The grand domestic product is expected to increase 6%. The Government hopes that due to the reform of the administration system, 20% increase in teachers' wages may become possible.
