Greeting the guest, Arman Kirakosyan attached importance to the OSCE role in securing human rights and basic freedoms. The newly appointed OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media referred to steps taken by the Armenian authorities to secure freedom of media and positively estimated legislative reforms in the republic.
