Hakob Chakryan: Israel won’t yield to Turkey

PanARMENIAN.Net - The recent incident at Gaza shores can be explained by Turkey’s aspiration to gain leadership in the Islamic world, an Armenian expert said.

“Probably, Israel will pay some compensation but it will hardly apologize,” Turkologist Hakob Chakryan told journalists on June 3.

“Israel will not yield while Turkey will have to put up with the U.S. and Israel's position,” he said.
