Vardan Khachatryan: Russian President’s visit to Armenia may be cancelled

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s visit to Armenia may be cancelled, an Armenian MP said.

“The visit may be postponed till September due to forest fires in some regions of Russia, where the state of emergency was declared,” member of Heritage party Vardan Khachatryan told a news conference in Yerevan.

Dmitry Medvedev was supposed to arrive in Armenia on August 18 to attend a summit of CSTO leaders.
