DISMISSAL OF "ARMENIAN AIRLINES" DIRECTOR PLANNED

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to information provided by "Aravot" newspaper, the leadership of Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia plans to dismiss Director General of "Armenian Airlines" Company Sergey Vantsian. Before heading the company, Vanatsian was in charge of "Ararat-Avia" State Company. During the period of his work in the company its debts came up to nearly one million dollars. Apparently his work at the new place was not more productive. Department of Aviation realizes that the airline's permanent problems connected with insurers and air tickets arise just because of absence of competent leadership. According to the information received from "Armenian Airlines", Vantsian does not come to work. He went on unpaid leave on Monday. Seemingly the Director General is trying to gain time this way. According to Labour Code requirements, the order on dismissal cannot be signed during employee's vacation.
