ANC to respond to Azerbaijan with its own resolutionSeptember 14, 2010 - 13:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Congress has drafted a resolution on Karabakh in response to the one submitted by Azerbaijan to the UN General Assembly, ANC coordinator said. “The ANC displayed initiative, as the authorities failed to take adequate action,” Levon Zurabyan told reporters on September 14. “The draft resolution contains a number of documents on the Karabakh conflict, specifically the Bishkek protocol of 1994, OSCE resolution adopted in Budapest in December 1994 and the Meindorf Declaration,” he said, adding that the document will be submitted to the RA public and authorities soon.
