CoE has no right to interfere in Karabakh process

PanARMENIAN.Net - Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland said the CoE is not empowered to interfere in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process.

“The Council of Europe is an institute advocating human rights. The Council of Europe just can help establishment of contacts between civil societies of Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he said.
