As he told a news conference in Yerevan, the only point causing the experts to disagree was publication of electoral lists upon completion of voting. Martirosyan emphasized the importance of preservation of balance between opposition members and authorities in local electoral committees, which will allow avoiding control of the Armenian authorities over the committees. In conclusion, Heritage parliamentary group leader suggested introduction of 100% proportional electoral system.
