RPA: voting on NKR independence bill can be postponed

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh has never been and will never be a part of independent Azerbaijan, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia said.

As to the voting on the bill on recognition of NKR independence, Gagik Melikyan said: “The talks are going on, their final aim being international recognition of Artsakh. However, we do not want to bury the negotiation process. The voting can be postponed.”
