But it should not be forgotten that experts can have different opinions,” Edward Nalbandian told a news conference in Yerevan. “Prior to making assessments, the experts should think whether their opinion can pour oil on the flames,” he emphasized. “It’s the OSCE Minsk Group dealing with the conflict.
