NKR President: principles for Karabakh conflict settlement should be discussed with ArtsakhMarch 18, 2011 - 19:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan said that all the principles for the Karabakh conflict resolution should be reconciled with the NKR leadership. “Principles for the conflict settlement should be discussed with the basic party to the conflict – Nagorno Karabakh. Our stance remains unchanged – Artsakh should participate in all stages of the Karabakh conflict settelement,” Sahakyan told a press conference in Yerevan. According to him, the OSCE Minsk Group has not officially submitted the Madrid Principles to Karabakh, as Artsakh does not participate in the current negotiations. “But naturally we are familiar with the Madrid Principles through the Armenian leadership,” concluded Sahakyan.
