Defense Minister: Armenia entitled to CSTO support if Azerbaijan starts war

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan counts on the support of CSTO allies in case Azerbaijan starts a new war in Nagorno Karabakh, Armenian Minister of Defense stated.

“Armenia is entitled to such a support, considering the mutual obligations of CSTO member countries,” Seyran Ohanyan told a news conference in Yerevan.

At the same time, Ohanyan stressed that Baku is taking every effort to move negotiations from OSCE Minsk Group format, supported by all CSTO states, to other institutions. Moreover, he noted, Azerbaijan is attempting to involve other states in anti-Armenian propaganda, while continuing the blockade and boosting arms race.
