Heritage leader: legal and political assessment must be given to all Armenian presidents May 19, 2011 - 15:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The activities of all 3 Armenian presidents must be given legal and political assessment, according to Heritage party leader. As Raffi Hovannisian told a news conference in Yerevan, each one of the Armenian presidents contributed to the state-building, also having their own share of responsibility for current lawless, antidemocratic situation. “None of the Presidents has a right to state there's no alternative to his presidency. It’s the president’s responsibility to prepare alternatives for the next generations,” Hovannisian noted. According to Heritage leader, the fourth Armenian president will totally differ from his predecessors.
