ANC leader cites “universally forgotten” reason in favour of snap elections

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress leader Levon Ter-Petrossian cited yet another “universally forgotten” reason in favour of extraordinary elections.

As he noted during ANC rally in Yerevan, the society believes that the legitimacy of 2008 presidential elections was unrecognised by ANC only, whereas in the beginning of elections, Dashnaktsutyun and Orinats Yerkir parties considered the results of the elections falsified as well.

According to the fist Armenian president, the subsequent inclusion of the parties noted into coalition does not alter their initial opinion, the latter being a historic fact.
