Thanks to ICRC Armenian Citizen Returned to Homeland from Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Thanks to the efforts by the International Committee of the Red Cross an Armenian citizen who was in Azerbaijan for a certain period of time returned to the homeland. The conveyance took place at the motorway between the towns of Ghazakh and Ijevan. The ISRC members made sure that the Armenian citizen is returning on his own will.
