According to the Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenians of Russia, the rating of TopBest website has four sections: Culture, Science, Sport and Politics. The Culture section has a subsection "Armen Jigarkhanyan (actor, film director)" and one can vote for him by ticking his name. The 6th issue of Russia's Best People Federal Encyclopedia (to be published in April 2007) will include only those, who collect at least 5% of the overall number of the voters on the results of the year.
