Armenia to launch "Education against Corruption" projectJune 25, 2009 - 22:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan. Director of National Education Institute Norayr Ghoukasyan and Chairman of "The Future is Yours" NGO Norayr Ghoukasyan signed cooperation memorandum on implementing "Education against Corruption" project. The program will be funded by US Agency for International Development in the frames of "Anti-Corruption Movement's Mobilization Program". The project is aimed at providing anti-corruption education to children studying in comprehensive schools of Armenia. It includes 3 stages of implementation. The first stage envisages the publication of a manual for teachers. At the second stage, the manual will be experimented in 8 regional schools of Armenia. And the final third stage will be devoted to qualification raising seminars.
