Coordination Committee approved several programs

PanARMENIAN.Net - In its regular session, the coordination committee of charity programs reviewed 8 projects, RA Government press service reports. The session was presided over by Committee Chair Simon Ter-Simonyan.



In particular, the following programs were reviewed and approved: "Constructing the entrance of Arshile Gorky Museum" (Holy See of St. Echmiadzin), "Repairing the Roof of Yard No. 1 in Talin, Aragatsotn Marz" (World Vision international organization), "Building Roofs for the Culture House of Kogovit Community, Shirak marz", "Repairing and Restoring a Garden in Ashotsk Community, Shirak marz" (Shirak charity foundation), as well as the program aimed at conducting "Fundamental repairs of Arsvabun centre for elderly" (Mission Armenia).



The Armenian Inter-Church Charitable Round Table Foundation of the World Council of Churches implements programs aimed at repairing Narekatsi religious center in Karakert. The programs implemented by "Armenian Catholic Church of Armenia" are aimed at constructing a house in Gyumri and those implemented by the Armenian branch of "Assistance for Children in Need" are aimed at assisting in poverty reduction.



Discussion also focused on several events organized within the frames of programs approved earlier, as well as those aimed at delivering charity products to different organizations.
