IT centre in Gyumri joins distance learning programSeptember 14, 2009 - 18:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - IT centre in Gyumri is joining the distance learning program, Enterprise Incubator Foundation's (EIF) Director Bagrat Yengibaryan told journalists during IT representatives' non-official meeting in Aghveran. In particular, Yengibaryan said that distance learning programs in Armenia are very few in number, one of them implemented by the Association of Armenian Engineers and Armenian State Engineering University.
